In 2006, motivated for wellness and a healthy lifestyle, Claudia began studying different healing techniques such as Massage Therapy, Thai Massage, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Detox programs, Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Power Vinyasa and Pilates.
In 2008 Claudia started practicing Kundalini yoga, learning about devotion, meditation and yoga anatomy. In 2009 she complete a 200 hour Kundalini Teacher Training.
In 2010 started practicing Ashtanga Yoga, and Yoga Vinyasa, she found her style and passion there, through the breath in motion and the art of create rhythms and sequences.
In 2012, she did her 200 hour certification in Yoga Vinyasa with Dominique Renucci (Yoga Alliance), and from there has not stopped to teach and practice in different countries all around the world.
In 2015 she complete 300 hrs Yoga Vinyasa Training and Pregnancy Yoga with Dominique Renucci (Yoga Alliance)
Her style is Power Vinyasa, with a passion for flying arm balances, playful handstands and inversions and heart opening backbends. She sees every class as an opportunity to open the mind, heal the body to enjoy each moment in life.
She teaches students to believe in their possibilities, in their inner strength and that the real stretch is internal and everything else comes from this understanding.
