It’s my passion to guide students, through movement and awareness, and to help them discover their full potential for wellbeing and functional enjoyment.
Awareness Through Movement® classes are part of The Feldenkrais® Method, which uses movement to explore and integrate our musculo-skeletal function. People of all ages, fitness levels and ability can learn to move with less effort, more enjoyment and better function through these classes of gentle movement sequences.

The Feldenkrais Method® was developed in the 1940s by Moshe Feldenkrais – an engineer, physicist and the first European to hold a black belt in judo. A diagnosis that he would never walk again after a knee injury prompted Feldenkrais to spend years developing this method – and to prove the doctors wrong.
