We do our best to grant a limited number of scholarships to students truly in need, so please carefully consider the following: Scholarship applications will be evaluated only after all non-scholarship spots have been filled; therefore, chances of acceptance are much greater for those who apply without a scholarship request.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy:

Option for full payment upfront with $200 off if paid by Dec 1st 2016

A $500 deposit is payable upon application and fully refunded immediately if the applicant is not accepted into the course.

Full payment is due six weeks prior to course start date and participants agree to pay any outstanding balance no later than this date.

For any payments upfront at registration there will be a $200 discount.

Refund Policy

Should an application to a course not be successful, the applicant will be notified within one to two weeks and the full deposit paid will be immediately refunded.

If the balance of the course fee is not received by the notified due date (six weeks prior to course commencement), a student’s place may be offered to someone on the waiting list. The student will forfeit the deposit paid.

If a student withdraws or transfers from the course, the following refund policy applies:
a) If the student withdraws 45 days or more prior to course commencement the student will receive a full refund of all monies paid, minus an administration fee of $200.
b) If the student withdraws 30-44 days prior to the course commencement the student will receive 75% of the full course fee, minus an administration fee of $200.
c) If the student withdraws 14-29 days prior to course commencement the student will receive 50% of the full course fee, minus an administration fee of $200.
d) If the student withdraws 1-13 days prior to course commencement or withdraws after the course commences, the full course fee or any monies paid, is non-refundable.

Re-assessment Policy

If you are found not competent in the final assessment, or are unable to attend the final assessment you can be re-assessed at a $120 fee.

The following conditions apply for International Teacher Trainings:

It is your final responsibility to ensure your travel documents are in order.

As it is the requirement of most countries, please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after return date.

Nadi Wellness Centre (Nadi) strongly advises that you have adequate travel insurance to include full cover for the duration of your journey. Although we offer full care, we cannot accept any responsibility if you choose not to cover yourself appropriately.

Use of Written and Photographic Material

Any written material provided to Nadi in the form of homework, feedback forms or assignments may be used by Nadi for marketing purposes. Any photographs taken by Nadi of attendees on our teacher training, yoga classes or retreats may be used by the Nadi for marketing purposes.

If you would prefer we do not use any of the above material written by you or containing your image it is your responsibility to advise Nadi of this in a written document.
